I had the pleasure of working directly with Whitney during my time at Gensler and Apex42. I have worked at other companies that have large communication gaps between their sales and marketing teams. That was not an issue during our time together, as I found Whitney to be extremely personable, hardworking, and adaptive to quickly changing environments. Whitney was always open and transparent, and I appreciated her having an open-door policy to receive any feedback from the sales team. I also witnessed her step up and grow into heavier workloads and changing roles with ease and an eagerness to excel when faced with new challenges. Whitney served on the Board of Directors with me for Downtown Mainstreet, Inc., and chaired our Organization and Membership committee where she led a group of volunteers through a number of different initiatives including updating organizational bylaws, writing job descriptions, and organizing our membership data base.
